- Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hrs of processing, except weekends and holidays. (This does not include custom orders as they can take up to 5 weeks for delivery)
- All packages will be delivered to the address you enter online or the address we have on file from a previous order. KKHQ is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses that are incorrectly entered when you order online. Please ensure your address is correct.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped. KKHQ is not responsible for inaccurate email addresses. Please double check your email address.
- KKHQ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting KKHQ.
- If you want to add additional items to a previous order, you have until 2:00 pm EST the SAME DAY to place the additional order. You MUST put in the ‘notes’ section of the checkout page, your previous order number that you want to combine, to ensure secondary shipping refunds. Any order placed past 2:00 pm EST, can not be guaranteed to be combined.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & DAMAGES
- KKHQ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting KKHQ.
- If your piece arrives damaged, please contact KKHQ at [email protected], within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to replace or repair any damaged item.
- Damaged or missing items: KKHQ offers replacements on all damaged or missing product within 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to [email protected] Please include the order number in the subject line.
- **Customer pays all shipping cost. **Custom products are unable to be exchanged.
- Watch Bands Damages: KKHQ will exchange or refund any damaged watch band within 7 days of purchase. **This includes string, snap, or connector issues only. KKHQ is not responsible for any damage to watch.
- All jewelry and product sales are final. Pre-Order items cannot be cancelled.
